Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster

Blackjack is a game that somehow reminds me of a roller coaster. Blackjack is a game that starts out slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you ramp up your bank roll, you feel like you are slowly getting to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom falls.

Blackjack is so akin to a roller coaster the similarities are creepy. As is the case with the popular amusement park experience, your black jack game will peak and things will appear to be going well for a while before it bottoms out one more time. Undoubtedly you have to be a bettor who can adjust well to the ups and downs of the game because the game of blackjack is choked full with them.

If you like the little coaster, one that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a larger wager, then hop on board for the mad ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high rolling gambler will love the view from the monster roller coaster because he/she is not thinking on the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.

If you don’t, you will not recount how much you enjoyed life while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a thrilling ride … your head in the air. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won’t clearly remember how "high up" you went but you will naturally remember that mortifying drop as clear as day.
